Once your application is submitted to us, fees and conditions,
including those applying to cancellations do come into
effect and you are liable for any charges - except where
we advise you (in writing) otherwise. |

Service speed changes or change to or from unlimited
usage plans will incur an additional fee. |

Service calls or support requests must only be
made to Netlink Connect - a fee will be charged
if a service call is made to any other party.

|
Customers
who already own or decide to purchase a Telstra-approved
ADSL
modem or router will save $100 off the standard
$249 establishment fee.
The line filter can be purchased seperately if
still required.

This service is 'residential-grade'
and is intended to be suitable for home use
- we can certainly help if your needs include
the use of networks and servers - please

Warranty on ADSL modem or router.
Hardware supplied with these packages (or sold
seperately) comes with a manufacturer's warranty
only. In case of any hardware problems or failure
we will make every effort to assist, however all
costs (such as freight or repair costs, if applicable)
are the responsibility of the purchaser.

** Whilst there are no excess or usage-based fees for Flat Rate
(or Unlimited) style accounts a generous 'cap' does apply
to these plans. Once the download 'cap' is reached the service
will remain active, but speed may be reduced to 56kbs...
The nominal 'caps' that apply are as follows:
256/64k Flat rate: 20,000MB
512/128k Flat rate: 30,000MB
1.5M/256k Flat rate: 50,000MB
