EMAILPASSWORD ERROR (Password popup)
Customers who are getting a pop-up box when checking email please make sure your username has the @netlink.com.au.
EG: johnsmith needs to be johnsmith@netlink.com.au
SENDING MAIL ERROR
If you are experiencing an error sending mail you may have incorrect settings in your email software.
Check Setting - smtp.netlink.com.au
Outlook express
Click Tools>Accounts>Properties>Server tab>The OUTGOING mail field should be smtp.netlink.com.au
Do not change your INCOMING setting.
Outlook 2007
Click Tools>Account settings>Change>The OUTGOING mail field should be smtp.netlink.com.au
Do not change your INCOMING setting.
